The Nephrology Clinic provides assessment and follow-up to patients with acute or chronic kidney diseases, including hypertension, diabetes and primary renal diseases.

    Clinic Facilities: There is a teaching laboratory equipped for carrying out urinalysis on site as well as access to a full spectrum of laboratory diagnostic services including renal biopsy.

Making an appointment

The Nephrology Clinic sees patients only by referral from a physician.  Please contact your health care provider for a referral to our clinics.

Referring a patient

To refer a patient to the Nephrology Clinic, please contact 416-323-7559 ext. 4 with your request. Please include any recent or relevant laboratory testing and notes.
