Survey: What can WCH do better to help you navigate the hospital?

July 10, 2017

Women’s College Hospital (WCH) is asking for your opinion about how to improve our signage and wayfinding system to help patients and visitors better navigate the hospital.

Wayfinding is used in buildings to help guide people to their destination. There are many different types of signage used in wayfinding – such as information signs, directional signs and identification signs – and can include colour coding, maps and visual landmarks.

At WCH, we want to make sure our signage is clear in order to help you find your way around the hospital with ease.

Please take a few minutes to provide us with your feedback by taking a quick survey. All survey responses will remain confidential.

If you are a patient or a visitor at WCH, click here to complete the survey.

If you are a clinician, staff or volunteer at WCH, click here to complete the survey.

Thank you for your help!
