Exercise & Pregnancy Helpline 1-866-937-7678

The Exercise & Pregnancy Helpline is a free service offering information to any pregnant or pre-pregnant woman who has questions related to exercise during pregnancy. This includes athletes, active women and those who want to begin an exercise routine during pregnancy. It is serviced by Sport CARE physicians, physiotherapists and athletic therapists and affiliated with Motherisk at the Hospital for Sick Children.

How does the service work?

  • The helpline is toll-free within North America and the service is free
  • Callers are asked to leave a message specifying their concern, a contact number and the best time for one our trained professionals to return their call. The call generally takes 20 minutes.

Following contact with the helpline, those wanting more information and for more complex cases, a clinic appointment can be made with one of the Sport CARE physicians.
