Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete a health history form. The registered massage therapist will review your information during the initial assessment and design a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. This plan will require you to do some "homework" in the form of exercises, hydrotherapy (application of heat or cold) and possibly some postural awareness exercises.
