The Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Care Centre (SA/DVCC), open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, is a comprehensive service that assists women, men, transgender, transsexual and intersex people who are victims/survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner abuse. The services include:

• emergency and followup medical care
• collection of forensic evidence
• safety planning
• short-term counselling (up to 20 sessions)
