The After Cancer Treatment Transition Clinic (ACTT) is a collaboration between Women’s College Hospital and  Princess Margaret Hospital.  The ACTT Clinic provides care to both men and women previously treated for various types of cancer and are in their post treatment surveillance phase of care.  Dr. Carol Townsley, MD and Shari Moura, RN coordinate patient post treatment care.

Referral
The ACTT Clinic at Women’s College Hospital is currently operating as a special research project in partnership with Princess Margaret Hospital. For this reason the program study is only accepting patients from Princess Margaret Hospital who have completed treatment and transferred to this clinic based on specific criteria by their oncologist.
