After Cancer Treatment Transition Clinic (ACTT)

The After Cancer Treatment Transition Clinic (ACTT) is a collaboration between Women’s College Hospital and  Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.  The ACTT Clinic provides care to both men and women previously treated for various types of cancer who are in their post treatment surveillance phase of care. The ACTT clinic is led by Dr. Carol Townsley, MD and includes Aronela Benea, Advanced Practice Nurse, Angela Duggan, RN and Wilma Pesongco, Administrative Assistant.
The ACTT Clinic at Women’s College Hospital is currently operating as a special project in partnership with Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. For this reason, the program is only accepting patients from Princess Margaret Cancer Centre  who have completed treatment and transferred to this clinic based on specific criteria by their oncologist.
