Family Practice Health Centre (FPHC)

Please note: if you require immediate medical attention, please see our Urgent Care Centre

The Family Practice Health Centre at Women's College Hospital provides care for women and men of all age groups - from newborns to the elderly. We are one of the largest clinics in Ontario, providing more than 54,000 visits per year to our patients. We have a team of professionals to take care of your health needs. Our team includes:

  • family doctors
  • nurse practitioners
  • family practice nurses
  • registered practical nurses
  • dietitians
  • physiotherapists
  • social workers
  • occupational therapists
  • pharmacists

We have a special focus on low-risk obstetrical care and can provide care before, during and after pregnancy - including delivery in the beautiful new birthing unit at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. We are always accepting new prenatal patients. Call our main reception at 416-323-6400 ext. 6060.

Please note that our medical residents are currently not accepting new patients until further notice. We do not maintain a waiting list due to the volume of requests we receive for new patient appointments.

You may contact the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario for help in finding a physician who is taking new patients in your community.
