Finding Balance
The Finding Balance program at TRIDEC is open to anyone living with diabetes. It is an eight-week educational group workshop that helps people learn new skills to manage diabetes-related stress. The program is based on the mindfulness-based stress reduction and relaxation program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. Click here to view a flyer about the Finding Balance program.

TRIDEC provides the opportunity for caregivers, family and friends to meet in an informal setting and discuss issues and concerns related to living with someone who has diabetes. Diabetes educators facilitate the sessions and provide insight on how to providing the appropriate support. Contact TRIDEC for more information about the next session.
