This past summer we unveiled our new hybrid workspace at 790 Bay Street . The creation of this space is part of our commitment to foster the right work environment by investing in the resources required to support flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid work.
After an initial pilot, we are excited to make the 790 Bay Street touchdown space available to more teams that are using hybrid work options. Our newly designed workspace offers a diverse range of working options, including a collaboration zone and quiet focus rooms. It also features a range of ergonomic seating options to choose from, including comfortable lounge seats, adjustable desk chairs and a standing workstation.
Each workstation is fully equipped with brand new IT equipment, featuring dual monitors, docking stations, mice, and keyboards. For storage, keyless day-lockers are available to provide a secure place to store belongings. Team members can access the workspace with their hospital ID badges and have the flexibility to reserve their preferred workspace through Outlook.
