The annual Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day is back, taking place on October 16, 2024! Similar to last year, we are pleased to welcome guests both in-person at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto and online via Zoom.
The Peter Gilgan Centre for Women’s Cancers at Women’s College Hospital (WCH) is proud to present this free event for those considering if reconstruction post-mastectomy is right for them. BRA Day aims to EDUCATE women on their breast reconstruction options, EMPOWER women to make the choice that’s right for them and CONNECT women with others who have been through it.
In-person and virtual attendees will be able to access presentations from leading Canadian breast reconstruction experts, patient stories, resource rooms, and our signature Show and Tell Lounge, proudly sponsored by the Canadian Cancer Society, offering a unique opportunity to see real-life results of breast reconstruction.
