At Women’s College Hospital, we provide a variety of clerical and support duties to prepare and maintain patient procedure and exam schedules within an assigned division for routine, urgent and emergency bookings. Support services assist hospital staff in the delivery of high quality service.

What do I need to book an appointment?
A completed and signed requisition from your doctor is required in order book your appointment. The requisition should be faxed to our booking office at the appropriate number listed above.
How do I know what preparation is needed for my exam?
Instructions will be explained to you when we contact you to book your appointment. If you have further questions contact any of our booking offices and a customer service representative will gladly help.
Where do I go on the day of my appointment?
All patients must check in at the Medical Imaging reception desk on the second floor of the hospital. You will be directed where to go after checking in.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Bring your Ontario Health Card, your Women’s College Hospital card, and the requisition from your doctor. If you have Interim Federal Health Program certificate, University Health Insurance Plan card or out of province coverage, bring confirming documentation.
