WCH’s next onsite Accreditation survey is December 5-9, 2022, and teams are busy working to improve processes, brush up on safety practices, and update key resources for staff and patients. To help staff prepare, we launched a Q-Tip, or quick tip, campaign over the last year.
Q-Tips are pocket-sized cards that outline key information about a WCH process that are hidden in weekly Accreditation articles within WCH Connect. While the Q-Tip campaign has wrapped, if you weren’t able to collect them all but are still looking for some tips and hints to help prepare for Accreditation, visit the Intranet to download “Key Information Sheets.” (Note that “Key Information Sheets” are not eligible for the Q-Tip crewneck campaign).
Those who have collected all of the Q-Tips in the series over the course of the past five months will have a chance to pick-up* a custom, limited edition WCH crewneck sweater!
Pick-up details:
- When: Wednesday, September 28 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Where: Strategic Communications, Room 6153
- Eligibility: You must bring all 21 Q-Tips that you have collected throughout the campaign AND your WCH badge
Upon pick-up, you must:
- Display your WCH badge
- Show all of the Q-Tips, either printed or virtually
- Pick-up one crewneck for yourself only, not multiple crewnecks on behalf of your colleagues
* Please note that quantities are limited. Only those who have been collecting Q-Tips throughout the campaign are eligible for a prize.
