From the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic and now, our highest priority has been the safety and well-being of our community. Below you will find important information about what to do if you are planning on coming to the hospital, if you think you may have COVID-19 and vaccination resources.

Saturday, April 10 (5:42 p.m.) - We continue to experience issues with our phone systems and COVID-19 Assessment Centre bookings. We are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible, but are currently not able to accept new bookings. COVID-19 test results can still be accessed through the Ministry of Health with an OHIP card. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

A copy of your result is available online through the Ministry of Health or if you are registered for MyHealthRecord. If you can't access your results online, you can also contact our Health Information department at 416-323-6098 or requestforrecords@wchospital.ca.
