Most online services such as email, shopping and banking now require more than just a password to verify your identity. Usually this is something you know (password) in addition to something you have (a one-time code or token) or something you are (fingerprint or facial recognition). At WCH, if you are working remotely, access to corporate and clinical applications will also require multifactor authentication (MFA). While MFA greatly improves the security of the identity verification process, criminals have developed methods to deceive you if you are not careful.
