How do you feel your feedback can contribute to the betterment of WCH?

It allows for constructive discussions, leading to solutions and improved relations.

What has your department done to implement changes based on last year’s engagement survey responses?

Since last year’s Employee Engagement Survey, we have received more resources and training to help us support our patients. This training and additional resources has been important for helping us, help our patients in TAPMI.

Why do you think it’s important for people at WCH to complete this year’s Employee Engagement and Demographic Survey?

The survey provides an opportunity for direct communication about where your organization is succeeding and where more support is needed. It helps us tell our side of the story.

What do you think has most impacted the culture at Women’s over the last 18 months?

Overall, I am extremely satisfied and happy with the environment and work ethics of our team.  I feel very blessed to work with my co-workers, especially because we all come from diverse culture backgrounds.
