The 2023 Joan Lesmond Quality Excellence Award Process is Now Open!
The Joan Lesmond Quality Excellence Award recognizes teams for their achievements in quality excellence that support the mission, vision and values of Women’s College Hospital (WCH). The WCH QI Patient Engagement Award is awarded to the project demonstrating exemplary patient and/or community engagement. All applications to the Joan Lesmond Quality Excellence Award will be automatically considered for this non-monetary award.
Submissions are due by Monday Mar 31, 2023, at 5 p.m. For further information regarding eligibility, criteria and submission process, please see the 2023 Joan Lesmond Award Package.
Awards will be presented on Thursday May 11, 2023, at the WCH Academic Day of Excellence hybrid awards ceremony.
This is an incredible opportunity to highlight quality improvements and innovations across WCH that improve care and outcomes, engage patients and care partners, redesign systems and processes, utilize new technologies and/or support innovation and spread knowledge to achieve our Quintuple Aim!
