DR. SIMONE VIGOD
Dr. Simone Vigod is the Vice-President of Academics (Interim), an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and Chief of the Department of Psychiatry at Women’s College Hospital, one of the University of Toronto’s nine fully-affiliated academic health sciences centres. Her background includes an Honours BSc in Psychology from McGill University (1999), followed by an MD (2003), residency in psychiatry (2003-2009) and MSc in Clinical Epidemiology (2011) from the University of Toronto. She leads a clinical research program at Women’s College Hospital as a Senior Scientist and the Shirley A. Brown Memorial Chair in Women’s Mental Health Research in the Women’s College Research Institute and is a Senior Adjunct Scientist at ICES in Toronto.
THERESA KAY
Theresa has been the Director of Education at Women’s College Hospital since July 2019. She has been with Women’s College Hospital since 2011 in several Professional Practice and Education roles. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences – Physiotherapy and her Master’s degree in Health Sciences, both at McMaster University. Theresa has a Status Appointment at the University of Toronto in the Department of Physical Therapy.
JIM SZABO
Jim handles the administrative duties for Education, the Centre for Ambulatory Care Education (CACE) as well as Strategic Communications. He has been with Women’s College Hospital since 2011 after spending 2 years as a Special Projects Coordinator with the University of Toronto. Jim completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Project Management certificate from the York University Schulich School of Business.
DR. LENKOV
Dr. Lenkov is the Director for Undergraduate Medical Education for Peters-Boyd Academy in the Faculty of Medicine at Women’s College Hospital. Dr. Lenkov has been a physician with Women’s College Hospital for 20 years and has been a Medical Educator for 18 years. Dr. Lenkov completed her Bachelor of Science Degree and her MDCM from McGill University.
JENNIFER ALEXANDER

Jennifer is the Medical Education Coordinator here at Women’s College Hospital, overseeing the Post Graduate and Undergraduate Medical students from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. She has been with Women’s College Hospital since 2004 and has been the Medical Education Coordinator since 2005. Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History at Ryerson University as well as a diploma of Medical Administration at Herzing College.
MARY ANNE HOWSE
Mary Anne is the Manager of Library Services and has been with Women’s College Hospital since 2002. She began at Women’s College Hospital as the Manager of the Marion Powell Women’s Health Resource Centre in 2002 and later took over the Health Sciences Library. Her responsibilities have grown to include coordinating E-learning, and Nursing/Health Discipline and other learner registration. Mary Anne completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Waterloo University and Honours at Brock University and her Masters of Library Sciences at the University of Toronto.
TODD TRAN
Todd Tran is in the role of Clinical Program Specialist in Education as well as the IPE coordinator here at WCH. Todd has been with Women’s College Hospital since 2000 in various roles. He has established himself as a Clinical Expert, Interprofessional Practice (IPE) Lead, and a Junior Primary Care Researcher. He is currently completing his Ph.D. at Queen’s University School of Rehabilitation Therapy, in the Aging and Health Stream.
