Tune in to our Facebook Live on February 22 and learn how you can be heart healthy

February is Heart Month at Women’s College Hospital (WCH), an opportunity to focus on heart disease prevention and the steps we can take to improve heart health.

To raise awareness of heart disease, Women’s Health Matters is hosting a Facebook Live on Friday, February 22 at 10:30 a.m. with experts Jennifer Price, advanced practice nurse, cardiology, Women’s Cardiovascular Health Initiative (WCHI), and Debbie Childerhose, registered physiotherapist and WCHI program coordinator. Jennifer and Debbie will be discussing risk factors for heart disease, what is unique to women, and prevention strategies for stronger heart health. 

WCHI offers evidence-based cardiac rehabilitation program designed to meet the unique needs of women living with, or at risk for heart disease. You can follow them on Twitter @WCHwomenshearts.
