Join the WCH and WCHF team and march with Pride this June!

June 10, 2019

By Katie Fraser

Women’s College Hospital (WCH) has been named Honoured Group of the 2019 Pride Festival, chosen for its commitment to improving access to transition-related care for the trans community in Toronto and beyond. This incredible opportunity came about as a result of a growing partnership between Pride Toronto and Women’s College Hospital Foundation.

June is Pride Month and the Pride Festival Weekend is June 21 – 23. Throughout the month, over half of proceeds raised from various initiatives will be directed toward the Transition-Related Surgery (TRS) Program at Women’s College Hospital. The TRS Program is the first of its kind at a Canadian public hospital.

You are invited to march with Women’s College Hospital in one or more of three events taking place over Pride Festival Weekend!
