Ongoing commitment to supporting patients
These updates are part of WCH’s ongoing commitment to supporting patients along the entire healthcare journey so that they can navigate the healthcare system and manage their own health.

Women’s College Hospital (WCH) recently updated several program and clinic webpages with essential facts, information and resources. These comprehensive updates will support WCH patients in preparing for upcoming appointments and in learning more about the hospital.

“Our hospital website and clinic webpages are often the first point of contact with patients and caregivers,” said Craig Thompson, director, digital communications, WCH. “We’re expected to be able to answer a broad range of questions including what to expect during a visit, who are the members of the healthcare team, what is the referral process or how to prepare for a test or procedure.”

These updates are part of WCH’s ongoing commitment to supporting patients along the entire healthcare journey so that they can navigate the healthcare system and manage their own health.

“We hope that these updates will help patients to be better informed and engaged from the moment they land on our website,” said Thompson.
