Full-service pharmacy

Do you know where the closest pharmacy is? Women’s College Hospital’s (WCH) full-service pharmacy, the PharmaCentre, has launched a new campaign to promote awareness of its convenient location and the many services it offers.

“As a full-service pharmacy, we are able to assist our customers in many ways including filling prescriptions, offering private consultations and much more,” said Neil Jobanputra, pharmacy operations manager, the PharmaCentre. “Our convenient location at 77 Grenville St., just across from the hospital’s main entrance, is easily accessible for both WCH staff and patients and makes it easy to pick up a prescription during the work day or after an appointment.”

The PharmaCentre has been open for more than 20 years and has served WCH patients, staff and members of the community. It offers a multitude of products and services including:

  •  private counselling room for one-on-one consultations
  • comprehensive medication reviews and smoking cessation services
  • discounted Ontario Drug Benefit co-payments
  • specialty compounding and blister packaging of prescriptions
  • expanded selection of health and beauty products
  • flu vaccine
  • Medela® breast pump rentals and purchases (authorized dealer)

The PharmaCentre is open Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed on statutory holidays. To speak to a pharmacy team member, please call 416-323-6250.
