Celebrating WCH teams - 2019 Staff BBQ
Women's College Hospital (WCH) recently hosted a staff BBQ to celebrate its staff, clinicians, researchers and volunteers and recognize their hard work.
With the BBQ having been on June 21, it was also a fantastic time to join together and celebrate Pride Month and National Indigenous Peoples Day. Attendees played in mini put, participated in a surprise flash mob, had the opportunity to register for Pride Festival Weekend and enjoyed lunch with members of our Indigenous community.
One of the highlights (other than Häagen-Dazs ice cream) was the Pride rainbow balloon wall. Attendees lined up to have their photo taken in front of the wall with their favourite celebratory props and showed their team spirit.
