Hatha Flow at YogaTree – February 14
YogaTree at Bay and Dundas is hosting a Valentine’s Day hatha flow class in honour of Heart Month. Register to save your spot today!

Yoga Flow 2020 – February 23
neWCHapter, WCHF’s young professionals committee, is hosting an impactful hour of power yoga in support of WCH’s Women’s Mental Health Program! Learn more and sign up at wcnewchapter.ca!

Run for Women 2020 – June 6
The Shoppers Drug Mart LOVE. YOU. program is hosting the annual Run for Women in support of WCH’s Women’s Mental Health Program! This accessible community event includes a 10K run, a 5K walk or run and a 1K "Little Steppers" option for kids. All three courses start and end at Women's College Hospital. Learn more or register to walk or run today!
