The Association of Volunteers (AoV) is pleased to announce that they will be running the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon (STWM) fundraiser once again this year! This year, however, the race will be going VIRTUAL! Anyone who signs up can complete their run or walk at any time and anywhere throughout the whole month of October. The Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon will be giving out prizes to those who participate and complete the race! The prizes include a virtual bib, New Balance souvenir shirt, Finisher’s medal and a Virtual Finisher’s certificate.

For those interested in participating, the number of race options has increased this year and the option to “Double Up” and run more than one race is available. The races include 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon or a Marathon Relay.

The funds raised through this event will go to support several important hospital priorities including the Women Recovering from Abuse Program, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Care Centre, Summer Student Research Program and hospital equipment needs.

Race registration can be done on the STWM website.

For those that wish to provide a stand-alone donation, please feel free to do so at our WCH Association of Volunteers homepage. We would greatly appreciate it!

Please feel free to encourage your friends, family, coworkers and more to support you and donate to Women’s College Hospital!

Help us raise our goal of $10,000!
