Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day, or BRA Day, is back! And this year, the event that brings leading breast reconstruction experts together to answer all your questions is going hybrid. For the first time, we are pleased to welcome guests both in person at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto and online via Zoom.
The Peter Gilgan Centre for Women’s Cancers at Women’s College Hospital (WCH) is once again proud to present this free event for those considering if reconstruction post-mastectomy is right for them. This year’s event takes place on October 25, 2023, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. with generous support from The Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, Allergan Aesthetics and Mentor.
BRA Day is intended to EDUCATE women on their breast reconstruction options, EMPOWER women to make the choice that’s right for them and CONNECT women with others who have been through it.
In-person and virtual attendees will be able to access presentations from leading Canadian breast reconstruction experts, patient stories, resource rooms and our signature Show and Tell Lounge, proudly sponsored by the Canadian Cancer Society, offering a unique opportunity to see real-life results of breast reconstruction.
