1. What does your typical workday look like?

My days are quite varied. On clinical days, I see patients with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, focusing on diagnosis, management, and treatment plans. On research days, I’m usually found in the working room with my team, working on clinical trials and studies aimed at understanding psoriatic arthritis better. I also spend time practicing and teaching musculoskeletal ultrasound.

2. What excites you the most about working at WCH?

The most exciting part of my job is the direct impact I can have on improving patient care through research. Working at WCH allows me to be at the forefront of rheumatology, where I can apply the latest research findings to clinical practice. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how our research contributes to better outcomes for our patients.

3. How does your work contribute to creating a positive patient experience?

In clinical care, I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care to each of my patients, helping them navigate the challenges of their conditions. Through research, I contribute to improving the future of rheumatology care, aiming to develop more effective and less invasive treatments. I believe that offering hope and advanced care options enhances the patient experience significantly.
