1. Why did you choose to work at Women’s College Hospital?
The role would expose me to another department at the hospital. I’ve previously work in Redevelopment, and I find that working in Facilities and Operations has great learning opportunities as well.
2. Why is Black History and Futures Month significant to you?
Black history is important to know where you come from and the achievements and accomplishments of the ancestors that came before you. Its important to have knowledge of general history, but even more so when the history is representative of your culture.
3. Who is your Black mentor or role model? Why?
Many of the women in leadership roles in many different areas of the hospital and in my personal life.
